This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It does not keep official criminal records and cannot retrieve a record, conduct an official check, or submit a filing for a visitor.

Its information identifies the Hamilton County Sheriff, Iowa District Court, the Iowa DPS/DCI Records and Identification Unit, the Iowa Sex Offender Registry, and outside tools that may assist personal research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

As a condition of use, you will not:

• Use automated scraping, bots, or similar tools against the pages
• Interfere with the site's speed, access, or operation for other visitors
• Attempt to enter restricted systems or obtain unauthorized access
• Use site information to stalk, intimidate, threaten, or harass a person

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Iowa Code §692A.121 places limits on the use of Iowa Sex Offender Registry information and makes specified misuse a simple misdemeanor. Registry notice serves public awareness, not vigilantism or unlawful discrimination.

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create credit reports, consumer reports, or background checks. Our advertising partners do not offer their linked services here for regulated screening. Information from this site or a connected tool may not be used to:

• Evaluate eligibility for credit or set insurance terms
• Screen a housing or rental applicant
• Make an employment decision
• Determine eligibility for a permit, license, or government benefit
• Carry out any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

For a legally regulated purpose, use an authorized FCRA-compliant provider and follow all applicable law. Iowa DPS/DCI supplies official Iowa criminal-history checks, but the requester remains responsible for lawful use.
